How-To-Use freshbackTM with Front-Loading Machine







Step 1:


  • 1/10: Do not use any other detergent, fabric softener, or bleach while using freshback.
  • 2/10: Load your machine with a medium load of clothes and/or linens.
  • 3/10: Open Freshback Premium Detergent Packet and empty its contents into the detergent dispenser drawer.
  • 4/10: Wash on regular cycle, AND ADD A SECOND RINSE.
  • 5/10: After the cycle has finished, leave the clothes in the machine and proceed to Step 2.

Step 2:


  • 6/10: Open the Freshener Packet and empty its contents in the detergent dispenser drawer.
  • 7/10: DO NOT OPEN Bonder Packet. Instead, place the UNOPENED packet inside the machine with your clothes and/or linens.
  • 8/10: Wash on regular cycle with cold water.
  • 9/10: Once the machine has finished, remove and discard the empty Bonder packet.
  • 10/10: Dry clothes in dryer or by air. Enjoy being fresh!



How-To-Use freshbackTM with Top-Loading Machine





Step 1:


  • 1/11: Do not use any other detergent, fabric softener, or bleach while using freshback.
  • 2/11: Load your machine with a medium load of clothes and/or linens.
  • 3/11: Open Freshback Premium Detergent Packet and empty its contents into the detergent dispenser drawer. If your machine does not have a dispenser, add detergent as directed in your machine’s manual.
  • 4/11: Wash on regular cycle, and add a second rinse.
  • 5/11: After the cycle has finished, leave the clothes in the machine and proceed to Step 2.

Step 2:


  • 6/11: With clothes still in the machine, start a new wash cycle with cold water and allow the machine to fill with the top open.
  • 7/11: Once machine has filled with water, open freshback Freshener Packet and empty its contents into the water (not directly on the clothes and/or linens).
  • 8/11: Close the lid, and allow agitation to begin. WAIT FIVE (5) MINUTES, THEN PROCEED TO THE NEXT STEP.
  • 9/11: After five (5) minutes, open the machine to pause agitation cycle. Open freshback Bonder Packet and empty its contents into the water.
  • 10/11: Close the machine and allow the cycle to finish as normal.
  • 11/11: Dry clothes in dryer or by air. Enjoy being fresh!


Hand Wash




Who should use the Extra Treatment Hand Wash?


The Extra Treatment Hand Wash kit has been designed with four customers in mind:
  • Customers with really smelly clothes that they want to refresh.
  • Customers with delicates who need to treat them outside a laundry machine.
  • Customers who have a few new clothing items to treat.
  • Customers who want to try FreshbackTM for the first time.



How much clothes/linens can I wash at once?

The Extra Treatment Hand Wash kit is designed to treat up to half a kilo of cloth.



Do I need to wear gloves to use freshback?

FreshbackTM does not contain any harsh chemicals & there is no need to wear gloves while applying it. If you prefer to use gloves during any part of the process, you may without any adverse effects.


How do I wash extra smelly items?




For clothes and linens that have built up a very bad smell, the regular application directions for freshback may not be enough to rejuvenate your items. In that case, please follow these instructions to get the most out of freshbackTM:

FRONT LOADING MACHINE:

  • 1/11: Do not use any other detergent, fabric softener, or bleach while using freshback.
  • 2/11: Load your machine with a medium load of clothes and/or linens.
  • 3/11: Open Freshback Premium Detergent Packet and empty its contents into the detergent dispenser drawer.
  • 4/11: Begin a wash on regular cycle, but pause the machine when it is full of water and detergent and let it sit overnight.*
  • 5/11: In the morning, unpause the machine and allow the cycle to finish. ADD A SECOND RINSE.
  • 6/11: After the cycle has finished, leave the clothes in the machine and proceed to the next step.
  • 7/11: Open the Freshener Packet and empty its contents in the detergent dispenser drawer.
  • 8/11: DO NOT OPEN Bonder Packet. Instead, place the UNOPENED packet inside the machine with your clothes and/or linens.
  • 9/11: Wash on regular cycle with cold water.

  • TOP LOADING MACHINE:

  • 2/12: Load your machine with a medium load of clothes and/or linens.
  • 3/12: Open Freshback Premium Detergent Packet and empty its contents into the detergent dispenser drawer.

  • *For machines that do not have a pause function that allows clothes to soak in detergent, you will need soak your clothes in a wash basin or tub before placing them in the machine for a double rinse, and proceeding with the directions above. Alternately, you may complete the entire application process by hand by following the directions found in the "How do I apply freshback by hand?" section.
